Case Erector CE-31

The fully automatic case erector CE-31 forms perfectly rectangular boxes, guaranteeing a trouble-free packaging process. Standard speed for hot melt execution up to 16c/min.

2. Bag inserting

Bagmaker Inserter FLEXIM-41

Offering maximum efficiency and low packaging cost, the poly bag inserter Flexim-41 automatically makes and inserts bags into boxes and crates. Speed up to 22 c/min.

3. Quality control

Quality inspection system with 3D vision ARGOCHECK-31

Quality control Our modules can host metal detection and/or 3D visual controls with wide range of dimensional checks (length, width, height, diameter …) but also aspect controls (scoring, baking level…).

4. Counting & Filling

Vision Counting System ArgoCount-31

Counting & filling Our 3D vision counter offers the most accurate and versatile system to count products and create batches of pre-defined quantities. The same versatility allows to pack all types of bakery product into the box. Besides tumble packing, multiple ways of product organisation inside the box are possible (lengthwise, across, side by side …)

5. Counting & Filling

Case filling station MEC-31

The case filling station MEC 31 packs all types of bakery and pastry products in boxes at high speed. It offers trouble free case packing and numerous automatic adjustments.

6. Bag closing

Bag Sealer DS-41

The DS-41 automatically decuffs, stretches and heatseals the bag. The DS-41 perfectly closes up to 16 bags per minute - even randomly with multiple box sizes.

7. Case closing

Case Closer CC-41

The case closer CC-41 automatically folds the top case flaps and closes them with tape. Result is a well closed box, ready to be transported. Standard speed 15 c/min.
