Octabin & gaylord erecting systems
Our octabin & gaylord erecting systems are designed to automate the intensive task of manually erecting these boxes.
Depending on the box design and thickness of the cardboard, our octabin and gaylord erecting systems are able to build up to 60 boxes per hour.
These octabin & gaylord erecting systems consists out of a 6-axis robot arm and gantry systems all equipped with several manipulation hands to center, fold, interlock and position the different parts of the octabins and gaylords.
A pallet dispenser will supply an isolated pallet for the system to position the erected box on. For transport stability of the empty octabins, a glue dispenser can be added. For the same reason, an automatic stapler system can be installed to fixate the triangle flaps of the gaylord to the pallet.
To further increase the level of automation of your packaging line, an automatic liner insert system and automatic lid forming/placing system can be added.
