These semi-automatic super sack and gaylord filling lines provide high outputs combined with accurate and safe filling of different type of bulk materials across many industries.
Depending on the product and required output, these filling stations are equipped with a height adjustable filling head or height adjustable roller conveyor allowing to fill a wide range of different sizes of jumbo bag and octabins.
Filling stations with a height adjustable roller conveyor are able to fill 2 smaller big bags on top of each other. Integration of a heat sealing system is possible to perfectly close the FIBC or octabin liner.
To maximize operator ergonomics, our semi-automatic FIBC & gaylord filling lines can be equipped with a rotating filling head to torse the bulk bag fill spout, a lifting system on the big bag closing system and even a height adjustable operator platform.
Intralogistics solutions like a pallet dispenser, sheet dispenser, empty octabin infeed system, pallet lift,… will increase the level of automation and output of your bigbag & octabin filling system.
