Poly bag inserter ZIM-32
From a roll of polyethylene film, the compact ZIM-32 automatically inserts bags into boxes, crates or trays.
The ZIM-32 has a maximum output of 30 c/min (depending on case sizes) and is capable of randomly running 4 different film types and 2 box sizes at the same time.
The bag inserter runs with made-to-measure bags or pre-made bags from a 12kg reel and handles multiple box footprints.
Failsafe bag opening thanks to the:
- new strong gripper & spoon module
- patented smart film opening technology with a special vacuum & air insertion system
Standard equipped with a 15” HMI, multicolour warning light and infeed conveyor with separator.
Combine with
Combine the high speed ZIM-32 bag-in-box inserter with a Pattyn case erector, weigh filler, bag closer , case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
