ORIGO with bulk filling station
All-in-one bread sollpackaging solution on a small footprint
The ORIGO solution is a complete packaging system for counting, batching and bulk filling small breadproducts. The version with the MEC-11 bulk filling station is specifically designed for small bread rolls.
This compact packaging line makes use of high end 3D vision technology for product counting and creates batches through a finger barrier. The filling station bulk fills the correct amount of products into the box - up to 25.000 small products / 1 ton per hour.
ORIGO is compact and versatile: the solution fits perfectly into your environment after an easy installation and start-up. By running multiple recipes and box sizes with easy changeover - it is the perfect solution for bakeries that are taking their first steps into automated packaging.
