FIBC & Octabin Filling stations
These stand-alone super sack and gaylord filling stations provide accurate and safe filling of different type of bulk materials across many industries.
Thanks to the height adjustable filling head, a wide range of different sizes of bulk bags and octabins can be filled.
To optimize the big bag filling cycle, the filling stations can be equipped with a wide range of options like an inflating system to pre-shape the bulk bag or liner, a vibrating system to compact the product filled in the big bag and increase stability of the finished load and many others features.
An automatic hook system for the loops of the super sacks and an operator platform will maximize the operator ergonomics.
For gaylords and octabins with open liner, the fill pipe can be equipped with a cover-plate to minimize product spill.
