FIBC Unloading station
Our modular bulk bag discharging systems provide accurate, safe and dust-tight emptying of different type of bulk materials across many industries.
The big bags can be loaded onto the system using a lifting beam or an electrical chain hoist with certified lifting cross.
The discharging spout of the FIBC is to be connected with a double walled stainless steel reception funnel. The reception funnel is equipped with an inflating membrane and pneumatic lifting system to ensure a dust-tight connection between the super sack and the system.
By connecting the discharging funnel to a de-dusting plant, you will be able to “vacuum” the big bag before de-connecting the empty big bag from the unloading station.
To increase the flowability of the product to be emptied out of the bulk bag, a vibrating table or butterfly massaging wings can be added to the FIBC unloading station.
The big bag unloading station can be positioned on load cells and equipped with a weighing terminal to have full control over the volume of product you are emptying out of the big bag. The emptied product can be dosed into your downstream production process by means of a rotary valve, screw or belt conveyor
