PRESS RELEASE
Delaere Engineering becomes Pattyn Bulk Packaging.
Brand integration strengthens global offering for pallet-sized container solutions.

Pattyn and Delaere Engineering are pleased to announce the next strategic step following the acquisition of Delaere Engineering in February 2024. As part of a continued integration process, Delaere Engineering will adopt the Pattyn brand and will continue its activities as a dedicated division under the name Pattyn Bulk Packaging.
This brand transition reflects the growing synergies between both companies and reinforces Pattyn’s position as a global provider of complete packaging solutions. By combining Delaere’s long-standing expertise in FIBC and octabin handling with Pattyn’s proven technologies for box lining and bag-in-box automation, the group now offers a uniquely comprehensive range of turnkey solutions for pallet-sized containers.
“Bringing our teams and technologies under one brand allows us to serve our customers with even more efficiency and clarity,” says Henk Corneillie, Managing Director . “Pattyn Bulk Packaging represents the strengths of both companies, united in one coordinated portfolio.”
For customers, the change has no operational impact. All contact persons, service levels, and ongoing commitments remain unchanged. The new brand name reflects a closer collaboration and a strengthened international service network, designed to deliver even greater support worldwide.
Pattyn Bulk Packaging will continue operating from its current location in Deerlijk and remains fully focused on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions for the global market.
