PATTYN BAKERY DIVISION proposes a unique system combining a counting application AND a robot handling system sharing the same vision system at the infeed of the main conveyor.

Robotized packing

  • The counting system is using a laser triangulation.

Robot cell

  • Two packing stations per cell allow the robot to work alternatively.
  • Special double gripper developed by Pattyn Bakery Division, easily adjustable to each of your products.
  • Gripper with double suction cup, guaranteeing a good product grip and optimal product storage.
  • Internally designed suction cups produced for the industrial bakery or pastry products.

  • With double pick-up:
    • Double pick-up & 1 drop : up to 2200 products/hour.
    • Double pick-up & 2 drops: up to 1800 products/hour.
