Linear vibratory weigh filler LVF‑14A/B-D
The LVF-14A/B-D linear vibratory filler with one or two heads offers the most suitable solution to weigh and fill fragile products up to 30 x 30 x 30 mm, such as: nuts, diced & sliced IQF fruits and vegetables, dried non sticky fruits and dry small granular products.
Equipped with 1 vibrating pan without weigh hopper the LVF-14A/B-D feeds the product directly into boxes. Gross filling straight into the box allows to reduce drop height and to prevent products from sticking in a weigh hopper.
Output of this linear weigh filler: up to 5 c/min for the LVF-14A-D and up to 9 c/min for the LVF-14B-D (depending on product and weight).
Combine with
Combine the LVF-14A/B-D with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, bag sealer, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
