Pattyn Packing Lines has integrated a new cost-efficient and compact filler in a paint powder processing company.
The product required packing into lined cases and needed to be filled very accurately.
Controlled and precise filling
Because of the intelligent dosing system in combination with the standard Pattyn weighing technology, the new powder filler reaches a high accuracy of +/- 40gr. By filling more accurately you reduce your product give-away. As the filler is very user-friendly and simple to clean, the operator can easily and quickly change over to a different colour.
When expanded with a different dosing system, the filler handles, next to paint powder also other types of powder.
