Use the efficiency guarantee requirements
For each bagmaker inserter we provide specifications that will guarantee an optimal performance of your bag inserter.
Order the right fim material and thickness
As raw material price is high and cost reduction is crucial, it's very important to choose the right film material (LDPE, MDPE or HDPE) and the right film thickness for your application.
Make sure your film supplier:
- checks the film tolerances and winding tension during extrusion
- always delivers the same quality
- meets the food grade standards in case of food contact
2. If you only need some help to start up
Starting up a new line is a hectic period. You don't want to worry about finding a good film supplier at that point. That is why we can provide you with PE film which is best suited for your needs while starting up. This gives you all the time needed to look for the right film supplier.

Always check the following points upon delivery of your film reel
- does each reel have its tracebility label?
- does the static load not exceed 15kV / inch2?
- is your reel clean and properly packed?
- is the core undamaged?
- do the dimensions of the film and the winding of the reel meet the Pattyn Packing Lines' requirements?
Preserve the quality of your reel
- The film must not be exposed to a humidity level of less than 60%, an ambient temperature of less than 3°C and direct sunlight
- An acclimatized reel gives better results. So make sure you place the next pallet to the bag inserter 24 hours before changing the roll
