Giant case erector CE-11-G
The fully automatic giant case erector CE-11-G is specially designed for the tobacco industry and guarantees perfectly formed cases. The packaging machine automatically forms virgin and re-used C48 / C96 telescopic boxes or virgin C90 non-telescopic boxes from a pallet.
A big storage area to store preassembled boxes is no longer needed.

Perfectly formed cases
- Plano picker with 20 vacuum cups picks up the blank from the stack
- Vacuum cups with mechanical arm for positive opening on both sides
- Blank falls open and is moved to a "folding position"

Bottom flaps closure
- Little hotmelt dots are used to close the bottom flaps of virgin cases and to hold the cases down during further transport
- The box is turned upright on the conveyor

Continuous operation
- Once the stack of cartons is empty, the pallet is automatically removed and refilled with new cartons
