Working Principle Pallet with stack of blank cartons is loaded into the machine The planopicker with 20 vacuum cups picks up the blank from the stack The blank carton falls open and is moved to a "folding position" The bottom flaps are closed When needed little hotmelt dots are applicated to hold the case down during further transport The box is turned upright on the conveyor Once the stack of cartons is empty, the pallet is automatically removed and evacuated so a new stack can be loaded into the machine
