The DF-11-G and DS-11-G are innovative machines designed for the automatic folding or sealing of the filled bag inserted into C48 or C90 Tobacco Cases

These modular stand alone machines can be integrated in an existing line or installed in a complete, automated Pattyn packaging line, run by only one operator.

Working Principle

• The bag is decuffed by four mechanical grippers 
• Once decuffing, the bag is refolded into gusset and folded down into the case ( or automatically sealed ofter the air has been removed)
• Pneumatic driven folding plates are closing the upperflaps of the case
• Case flaps are held down during outfeed of case into the strapping machine, installed after the decuffer folder or decuffer sealer
• When running re-used cases, the corner clamps are automatically removed
