New range of "Giant machines" for the Frozen Food Industry

Producers of frozen vegetables are often faced with packaging problems when packing and filling large volumes into crates:

• difficult insertion of the bag into the crate
• closing of the bag
• dirt on the bag by stacking the crate
• labelling of the pallets
• cleaning of the crates

The new range of "Giant machines" of Pattyn Packing Lines provides you a comprehensive solution to these problems. The machines ensure an efficient and superior packaging of large volumes up to 1 ton into pallet-sized wooden crates or other large containers. Next to individual machines Pattyn Packing Lines offers you fully automated and integrated solutions.

Automated bag insertion and bag closing

The Razim-11-G Giant bagmaker inserter makes made-to-measure bags out of a roll of PE film and inserts the bags automatically into the crates.
After the polybag lined crate is filled, the DF-11-G Giant decuffer folder automatically folds and closes the bags.

Preventing problems

A lid is automatically placed onto the crate and shrink-wrapped, which prevents the appearance of dirt and "foreign" substances on the inner bag or in the retail packs.
The label is directly attached to the shrink-wrapped lid. As a result the crates are completely free from labels and staples.
The lid, including the attached label, can easily be removed from the crate.
Consequently, you no longer face logistic or automation problems due to un-removed labels.
You also prevent staples from ending up in your product.
Before the crates are reused they are turned 180 degrees in order to remove the remaining product from the crate and are subsequently cleaned by the Pattyn brushing machine.
